Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope of Application

Applies to all contracts, offers, deliveries, and services provided by Hair Technologie GmbH to companies, distributors, and business partners. Products are sold exclusively for professional use.

2. Conclusion of Contract

Contracts become legally binding only after written confirmation by Hair Technologie GmbH.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are net and subject to applicable VAT. Invoices are payable immediately upon receipt.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Responsibility for the goods transfers to the client once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

5. Retention of Title

All delivered goods remain the property of Hair Technologie GmbH until full payment has been received.

6. Warranty and Liability

Clients must report defects within seven (7) business days. Hair Technologie GmbH is not liable for damages caused by improper use, storage, or application.

7. Data Protection

All client and partner data is handled confidentially and in accordance with the GDPR.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governed by the laws of Austria. Exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be the District Court of Innsbruck.

9. Final Provisions

If any clause is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
